Occasionally, users face issues related to Instagram data loading or updating properly in Reports++. Here are a few steps that could help resolve this issue:
1.) Uninstall Reports++.
2.) Reboot your iPhone.
3.) Upon restarting your iPhone, reinstall Reports++ from the App Store.
4.) Reconnect your Instagram account with Reports++.
5.) Upon landing on the Reports++ home screen, wait several minutes until the loading indicator (located at the top-right) reaches 100%.
Reports++ relies on your Instagram account to show you updated data and analytics specifically for your account. Due to certain limits Instagram imposes on user activity, such as a limit on the number of “Likes” performed in a certain time frame, it is possible that your account has temporarily reached a limit. If you experience this, allow some time and try using Reports++ again after 12 or 24 hours.
Since Reports++ directly authenticates using your existing Instagram account, Reports++ never stores or manipulates your password. In fact, Reports++ doesn’t have the ability to reset your password at all. This is something that should be handled directly via the official Instagram app.
